RETURN POLICY

All goods purchased via this website are subject to our Returns Policy. The terms of our Returns Policy are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference and you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Returns Policy before placing any orders with us.

Exchanges are at the discretion of Unity Jewellers.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds.

If an exchange of product is necessary, the piece may be returned at the customers cost if it is in an unworn, brand-new, pristine condition with no signs of wear including damage, scratches and accompanied with proof of purchase.

Unity Jewellers adhere to the Queensland Consumer Laws related to refunds on purchased products.

Change of Mind Returns - Merchandise purchased from Unity Jewellers may be returned within two weeks of the date of purchase for an exchange only for either merchandise of an equivalent value or alternatively, a customer

credit of equal value. Any merchandise returned must be in new and saleable condition and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Bespoke or altered jewellery pieces, as well as special orders are unable to be returned.

RING SIZES

Rings will be supplied in the size/s requested by clients. Changes thereafter will be at expense of the client.

Sales consultants are not responsible for choosing finger sizes for clients regardless of their advice.

Note: Some rings cannot be resized, and all rings have size limitations. Any complimentary resizing/warranty services must be returned with proof of purchase.

Once items have been altered, engraved, or resized, exchanges will not be permitted, unless faulty.
